a. Court Order

• Identity Card – Original and photocopy
• Court Release Order

b. Bankruptcy

• Identity Card – Original and photocopy
• Official Letter of Release/Order from Malaysian Insolvency Department ; and
• Court Release Order; or
• Release Declaration Certificate from Director General of Malaysian Insolvency Department ; or
• Search Document from Malaysian Insolvency Department (valid for 6 months from the date of issuance)

c. Release of Accounts Status 13 and 18 

• Borang Kebenaran Pelepasan Status Akaun (BKPSA)
• Identity Card – Original and photocopy
• Investment book – Original and photocopy of the page of the Investment book which contains the serial number, name, account no. and identity card no.)
