Redemption of Investment
Channels & processing time
- Over the counter (branches/agents): Redemptions are generally processed immediately, subject to each fund’s policy.
- Online (myASNB): Redemption is available via the myASNB portal/app within the designated processing window on Federal Territory business days.
Cut-off & key timelines
- For most variable-price funds, redemption requests made after 4.00 p.m. on a business day will be processed on the next business day.
- With effect from 1 February 2024, all variable-price funds use forward pricing; redemption settlement is up to T+7 business days from the transaction date (subject to cut-off times).
Redemption of Certificates
Redemption of physical certificates (older accounts/certificate-based holdings) can only be carried out at the ASNB Main Counter in Kuala Lumpur and designated ASNB branches.
Redemption of EPF Investment
For investments made via the EPF Members Investment Scheme (i-Invest/MIS), redemption proceeds will be returned to EPF, not to the unitholder. Transactions and processing are subject to EPF’s policies and timelines.

You can start performing online redemption via myASNB portal on 20 April 2020 while myASNB mobile app starts on 27 April 2020.
The existing operating hours of myASNB portal and myASNB mobile app are as follows

Monday – Sunday, 02:00 AM to 11:59 PM (local time)
