How to get started

  • Download the myASNB mobile app
  • First time user of the myASNB app: Click ‘Sign Up’
  • Complete the sign up form and in-app identity verification
  • Answer 6 simple questions
  • Start investing

Download myASNB App

  • If this is your first time using the myASNB app, click ‘Sign Up’. 
  • If you have used the myASNB portal before, click ‘Login’.
  • If you are unsure of which option to choose, click ‘Sign Up’ and follow the instructions on the screen.


  • Yes. Any Malaysian 18 years old and above with MyKad is entitled to open an ASNB account via the myASNB app. However, U.S residents and foreign tax residents other than Malaysia are required to visit the ASNB branch or agent to open an account. 
  • For individual without a MyKad (e.g. Tentera, Polis), please proceed to the nearest ASNB branch or agent.

Please click ‘Login’ and key in using your myASNB portal username and password.

  • Select the fund you want to invest in.
  • Key in the amount you want to invest.
  • Select your bank from the FPX list or choose your e-wallet provider.
  • You will be redirected to your bank’s or e-wallet’s login page to complete the transaction.

  • RM10 for a new customer who wants to register ASNB fund.
  • RM100 for the existing ASNB customer who wants to register new fund or perform subscription to an ASNB fixed price fund. 
  • RM150 for the existing ASNB customer who wants to register new fund or perform subscription to an ASNB variable price fund.

All unit trust funds managed by ASNB are available for subscription within the myASNB mobile app, subject to eligibility. See all available products here.


Currently, transfer is not available via myASNB. You may visit the nearest ASNB branch or agent if you wish to transfer funds from your ASNB accounts. 

However, if you wish to switch funds, the facility is available both at myASNB and the ASNB branch and agent.

The sign-up process in the myASNB app takes less than 5 minutes to complete. However, for some cases, it may take up to 24 hours  for the identity to be verified by the system. 


  • Once your account has been set up, we will notify you via SMS . You may begin making investments using the myASNB  app once you receive the confirmation message on approval. 
  • Please ensure the registered bank account number belongs to you being used for the investment performed.

  • The myASNB mobile app utilizes best-in-class security protocols that meet all regulatory requirements.
  • The myASNB mobile app requires  you to set your unique secure phase and a password to login and perform transactions. You may also choose to login using fingerprint or Face ID (depending on your mobile device model).

  • Yes, you can redeem up to RM1,000 a month via the myASNB app.
  • Please choose a fund to redeem and click redemption/jualan balik at the transaction droplist in myASNB

No. Only Malaysian individuals 18 years old and above with MyKad can open an account using the myASNB app. 


  • Any damages on the MyKad might cause errors/issues during sign up process. You might need to obtain a replacement MyKad and proceed to register again. 
  • Alternatively, please proceed to the nearest ASNB branch or agent to register your account. Once this is done, you will be able to access your account digitally via the myASNB portal or mobile app.

You will be notified via SMS once your account has been successfully created. 


  • Please close the app, reopen it, and resume the eKYC process where you left off
  • Alternatively, please uninstall and reinstall the app, and start the eKYC process from the beginning. If problems persist, please contact ASNB Customer Service Centre at 03- 77308899 .

The maximum investment limit via the myASNB app is up to RM30,000 per transaction across all funds.
