ASNB introduces this online money withdrawal facility in line with the Government’s call for financial institutions to make available digital transaction facility and to meet unit holders’ demand for more flexibility in managing their investment.

Investments in unit trusts are meant for a medium and long-term investment horizon so that unit holders could get the best return from their investment. However, ASNB is aware that some investors require a second financial source, during difficult times.
The maximum online withdrawal of RM500 per month is deemed adequate as an immediate cash for unit holders when they need it. The maximum limit RM500 per month is also as part of security purposes to protect unit holders’ investment.
To withdraw any larger amount, unit holders can visit any ASNB branches or agents.

Yes, you can. Unit holder can now perform online redemption of ASNB units via myASNB portal and myASNB mobile app.
You can start performing online redemption via myASNB portal on 20 April 2020 while myASNB mobile app starts on 27 April 2020.

Note: Same Day Transaction (SDT), i.e. Subscription and redemption of units for the same ASNB unit trusts on the same day (SDT) is not permitted.

Your money will be credited on the next business day to your registered bank account at ASNB. If payment crediting is unsuccessful, the unit will be credited back into your unit trust fund account within 10 business days

Unit holders must ensure the account bank details are registered under your name, correct and active.
